How to prepare a cake in the microwave?
To prepare this delicious and quick dessert you will need:
- 4 tablespoons of almond flour
- 4 tablespoons of fructose
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons of almond milk
- 1 egg
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a paste, then oil a microwave-safe container, pour the paste into it and cook your cake for 3 minutes in the microwave.
In the meantime, you can prepare the cream that will be used to garnish your cake. For this you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon of light cream
- 2 tablespoons of fructose
- 1 banana cut into pieces
