13. Blow-dry the painted copper dots.
14. Apply a second round of copper dots on the glass. Put more on the bottom portion and move up, putting fewer dots above the bottom portion and stopping when you get to the middle of the glass. The upper third of the glass will be simply clear, with no painted dots. The effect will almost look like the glass is filled with sequins at the bottom.
15. Blow-dry the wet paint.
16. Get a third glass, and place it face down on the work surface.
17. Fill one well in the paint palette with white paint and a second one with bright yellow paint.
18. Dip one end of a cotton swab into the white paint, and paint a small pattern of five dots that form a circle. It will look like a flower, and the center will be clear.
19. Allow a bit of space in-between the flowers, and paint about seven more around the bottom of the glass.
20. Paint a second row of white flowers above the first row on the glass.
21. Blow-dry the wet paint.
22. Use the other end of the swab to apply a yellow paint dot to the center of each of the flowers. Allow that paint to dry.
Tear three pieces of painter’s tape off the roll, so that each is long enough to go around the mouths of the glasses.
24. Place each piece of tape so its bottom half covers the top of the glass and the upper half of each piece extends beyond the lip of each glass.
25. Spray the areas underneath the tape on each glass with the acrylic sealer spray.
26. Allow each to dry.
