Mix cooked hen, onion and celery, salt, and pepper. Combine all dressing substances collectively and pour over hen. Add the dried cranberries (add proper earlier than serving or the hen salad will flip pink). Serve with crackers or on lettuce.
Notice: Add extra dressing if hen salad is just too dry. Chicken tends to “soak” up the dressing
