Avocado repair mask for damaged hair

With coloring and excessive use of styling tools, hair is bound to get damaged. To help hair in No Man’s Land, avocado, olive oil and honey are the natural ingredients to introduce into your hair routine. This is the legendary hair mask of our grandmothers who knew how to take care of their hair and take advantage of the various nutrients in these hydrating masks.

Unless you prefer to go scissoring and eliminate split ends , know that an application of this hydrating mask can repair your damaged hair. Avocado contains essential fatty acids as well as vitamins A, B6, C and E to nourish and repair. Olive oil provides shine, thanks to its oleic acid and squalene content. Honey gives suppleness and softness to the hair. And as Joël Warren, founder of The Salon Project salons, corroborates , this avocado-based mask is a perfect makeover for the hair.
