Made the pineapple cake recipe I’ve been seeing people post with a little twist and it came out wonderful.

3 weight watchers pts per generous serving. Makes 15 servings

Easy three ingredient recipe
Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free
classic yellow cake mix (serves 10) 16 oz
Giant Unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
3 cup(s)
Egg(s) 2 item(s) (large)

Prepared cake mix batter according to box instructions Used frozen pineapples (chopped in a food processor with a lille water) and added 2 eggs. Unbelievably moist.

mix (I used a mixer) and bake till knife is clear. About 40 minutes.
