2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 – 20 oz can Dole crushed pineapple (with juice)
For the Topping:
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup of sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup coconut flakes
