Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm.
Add egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the milk mixture and whisk to combine.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp towel. Allow it to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle shape.
Spread softened butter over the dough.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle it evenly over the butter.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut it into 12 equal slices.
Place the slices in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish…..
