INGREDIENTS
CRUST
3 cups ginger snap cookies
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup whipped topping thawed
PUMPKIN LAYER
1 5.1 ounce package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 cup milk cold
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice or to taste
1 cup whipped topping thawed
Whipped Cream Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
TOPPING
– Ground cinnamon
