In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well until a delicious homologized dressing forms. I like to mix well for about one minute straight to crush the garlic a little better and force those ingredients together.
Enjoy immediately over a bed of salad or use it for a marinade (see notes).
NOTES
This recipe makes 1 cup of dressing.
If using this dressing for a marinade. I would use this recipe for every 1 ½ pounds of meat.
