Ingredients:
- 250g Mascarpone cheese
- 250ml heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250ml strong brewed espresso, cooled
- 3 tbsp Limoncello liqueur
- 24 ladyfingers
