Let the dust fall naturally. Instead of vacuuming, turn the rug over and walk on it to allow gravity to naturally pull the dust down to the floor. Leave it like this for 2-3 days and use wedges to lift the carpet and separate the wool from the floor.
🧼 Marseille soap and wool product. For coffee, sauce or chocolate stains, sponge the stain then use Marseille soap or a special wool carpet cleaner. Use gentle, even strokes to avoid damaging the mat. Dry the mat in the sun after cleaning it.
White vinegar and lukewarm water. For stubborn stains, use a mixture of white vinegar and lukewarm water to dab the carpet. You can also use natural clays such as Sommières clay, which has excellent stain-removing power.
Baking soda & sparkle water. For stubborn stains, use sparkling water and gently rub with a sponge. After 30 minutes, sprinkle baking soda on the stain and let dry before vacuuming. Baking soda is an effective product for cleaning wool carpets.
❌ Avoid using detergents unless necessary and always test the product on an inconspicuous part of the carpet before carrying out a full cleaning. Stain removal often leaves a halo on the carpet, which may require thorough cleaning.

Wipe up as much urine as possible with a paper towel or cloth 🧻.
Mix 1 tsp of dish soap & 1 tsp of white vinegar with 2 c of warm water.
Dip a clean cloth in the solution and wring it out well.
