Got fleas on your pet? Use Dawn dish soap and table salt for a quick and easy fix!

After the bath, use a flea comb to remove any remaining fleas and their eggs. Flea combs have fine teeth that can catch even the tiniest fleas. Dip the comb in a mixture of water and Dawn dish soap to help trap the fleas.
3. Salt Treatment:

Once your pet is dry, it’s time to address the environment. Sprinkle table salt generously on carpets, rugs, and upholstery—anywhere your pet frequents. The salt will dehydrate fleas and their eggs, eventually killing them. Leave the salt in place for at least 12-48 hours before vacuuming thoroughly. Empty the vacuum cleaner bag or canister outside to prevent any fleas from re-infesting your home.

Continue to vacuum and clean your home regularly. This will help eliminate any remaining fleas and eggs. Consider washing your pet’s bedding, toys, and any other items they frequently come into contact with in hot water with a bit of Dawn dish soap.
