PREPARATION:
1st Step
Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the parsley, flour, salt, and pepper in a basin of medium size.
2nd Step
Put the cheddar cheese, sausage, and butter into a large bowl. Mix well. Mix the dry ingredients with your hands just until they are blended after adding them.
3rd Step
To make balls of 1 inch in diameter, pinch out parts of the dough or use a small ice cream scoop to remove them. After rolling, lay the dough on a baking sheet that has a baking rack attached to it.
4th Step
Bake for twenty-five minutes, or until the top is golden brown. After letting it cool, serve it with the dipping sauce of your choice.
