Dark chocolate oatmeal pecan cookies

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the oats, pecans, and dark chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
