Buttermilk biscuits

Β°1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Β°Freshly ground black pepper to taste

*Directions:

Brown the sausage in a large pot. Use a paper towel to remove most of the fat from the pan.

– Add flour, butter and half and half. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, for several minutes, until thickened.

– Add thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes and black pepper.

Serve it over warm cookies.
