Big Boys Fresh Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:

For the Pie Crust:

1 pre-made pie crust (or use your favorite homemade crust recipe)
For the Strawberry Filling:

4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Red food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant color)
For the Whipped Cream Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
