Ingredients
4 large sweet onions, peeled then sliced ½ inch thick
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup of white wine
¼ cup grated parmesan
salt and pepper to taste)
Instructions
Preheat to 375* Gently place the onions in a baking dish lined with parchment paper
Be sure not to separate the onions
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
While the onions are in the oven, place the heavy cream and white wine in a saucepan on the stove
