°2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
°3 diced plum tomatoes
°1 onion cut into rings
°⅓ c. vinegar
°¼ C oil
°3 tbsp granulated sugar
°⅔ C. Water
°Salt / pepper to taste
Chop vegetables / put them in mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
Pour vinegar mixture on vegetables & toss to coat.
Refrigerate mix for at least 2-3 h before serve.
