CARROT CAKES

Ingredients :

  • four cups grated carrots
  • one cup raisins
  • two eggs
  • one cups white sugar
  • one cup of vegetable oil
  • one tsp vanilla extract
  • one cup crushed pineapple
  • two cups all-purpose flour
  • one tsp baking soda
  • one tsp salt
  • two tsp ground cinnamon
  • one cup chopped walnuts

Method :

Step 1:

Combine grated carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl,
for fifty minutes and add raisins.

Step 2:

Preheat the oven to three hundred fifty °, With grease tray.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and
