Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

8 ounces elbow macaroni

6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 ½ cups beef broth

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

Cook the bacon until crisp, then drain and cut into pieces

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain afterwards

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.

Drain most of the fat

Measure Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, cornstarch and ketchup into a small bowl. Mix well to mix well
