1 red pepper
1 carrot
¼ cup parsley
16 ounces elbow macaroni
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni in Al Dente, according to package directions. Drain well and rinse well
