°2 tbsp. tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
°vanilla powder (optional)
1. Peel, core the apples and cut them into thin slices.
2. Put your apple slices with the maple syrup, a little vanilla powder in a saucepan, mix and cover
3. Pour the contents of your saucepan into a blender, add the butter and mix as finely as possible.
4. Pour your preparation into previously scalded jars.
